I'm sure plenty of you have heard about the massive amount of infected people with a DNS malware that forwards you to ad sites when hitting regular websites. I've removed the malware about 6 times from client computers and even though the people who wrote it are in jail, their DNS servers have been left online so infected users can still get online.
Hit http://dns-ok.us/ to check, if green, you're set, if not, there should be info right there to help you remove it. This infects individual computers so if you have many, hit the site with each PC. I find it on client's kid's machine more often and they don't mention anything about it to their folks. Doesn't seem to affect cell browsers but has been seen (supposedly) on a few macs, mostly windows, no linux/unix setups.
